Reminded of my hand

Today I was rudely reminded of my fractured hand while cooking Carbonara. Forgetting that my wrist is fractured, I happily went about as cooking as though there was nothing wrong. Until I opened the bottle of the sauce that i exerted much pressure on my wrist and... oh my the pain... I really think its never going to recover. Stupid Scaphoid fracture... 4 months and counting...
